fatenanwar.com, henceforth referred to as the site, is the website of digital artist Faten Anwar. It is an art portfolio that also sells art in various mediums.

Purchasing Art on the site

All art sales are final. On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged, please contact Faten at “admin@fatenanwar.com” within no more than 2 days from the delivery date with clear pictures of the damage on the exterior of the package and the damaged item itself to arrange for an exchange.

What Personal data do we collect , how and why we collect them?

Requests for Account Deletion

Customers can contact us using the contact form or by emailing us at admin@fatenanwar.com if they want to delete their accounts if any on our website. Data associated with these account will be erased except for those required for bookkeeping for tax and legal purposes.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, referrer, site URL along with other information directly provided by the commentator such as their name, username, email address and the comment itself to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact Form

Data collected from contact form submissions including the name and email address of the user and the reason for contact are used for customer service records and may be used for marketing purposes.

YouTube Videos on the site

The artist’s videos on the site are linked or embedded from YouTube and they behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited YouTube. YouTube may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

For service or services that may require your registration on the site, two step verification is mandatory. It is your responsibility to keep your password in safe place and never share it with anyone. It is highly recommended that you change your password frequently. We will never ask for your password so make sure it is securely guarded on your end. If we collect sensitive information about you, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We may update our privacy policy and terms of use practices from time to time. If we make a material change to this privacy notice including any material change in the way we use any personal information collected, we will notify you by using one of the following methods:1- we will post a notice on our website describing the change, 2- we will send you an email notifying you of the change.
